The Mill House
The Mill House is a charming cottage with many original features and outstanding views towards the Malvern Hills. The accommodation is luxurious and peaceful, laid out on two floors as follows:
Kitchen/Breakfast room with fully tiled floor and oak built-in units. Extremely well equipped. Fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table which will seat 6 easily.
Lounge (Approximtely 6 ½ metres by 5 metres) with oak floor and beams. Double aspect offering easy access to patio at the front with extensive views of The Malverns and surrounding area. To the rear patio doors open onto the large courtyard area where there is a pond and waterfall which offers yet more sitting areas. Furnished to a high standard there are antiques and comfortable settees.
- Bedroom 1. Double with ensuite wet room with shower, wash basin and w.c. Built-in wardrobe. Stairs lead to:
- Bedroom 2. Twin room with built in wardrobe
- Bedroom 3. Twin room with built in wardrobe
Family bathroom with bath, w.c. and wash basin.
Oil CH, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Parking (3 cars). No smoking. Easy walking access.
The Mill House (sleeps 6) can be rented separately or together with the Cider House (sleeps 6) which would then accommodate 12 guests easily.
