Kitchen (3.8 metres x 5 metres). Beautiful views to the Malvern Hills and surrounding area. Fully fitted with oak units. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven.

Lounge/Dining room (9.5 Metres by 5 metres). Double aspect - to front views of the Malvern Hills and surrounding area with a large patio. To the rear the spacious Courtyard with fishpond and waterfall. Oak floor and beams. Recessed fireplace.

Bedroom 1 with ensuite facilities including Jacuzzi bath, large shower, basin and w.c.
